After completing his study at the best culinary school in Indonesia, Bandung Institute of Tourism in 2003, Chef Maxie Millian began his career working as a Commis until became Sous Chef at well known properties in Dubai like Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Emirates Tower, Burj Al Arab between 2004-2012. Further, He took a new venture back home to be a Head Chef at Archipelago International, Chef De Cuisine at Regent Bali and Sofitel Nusa Dua prior joining Teatro Gastroteque.
As a result of his hard work, Chef Maxie won several prestigious awards in culinary competition throughout Middle East, Singapore and London as listed below to name few of them,
Chef Maxie shows his great excitement working at Teatro Gastroteque, It is part of his culinary journey since He learnt how cook from his mother in the past, now getting his dream job working at a famous fine dining in Indonesia and closely mentored by Chef Mandif Warokka who is the Co Founder and Chef Patron of the company.
